Founded in 2009 by cellist and conductor Stephen Framil and Wilmington artist Christine Farley, the 2nd Annual Port City Music Festival 2010 is a program of the American Institute of Music, Art & Culture.  A summer concert series, the mission of the PCMF is committed to the highest quality of performance, and making the experience of great music accessible to all.

CAMERATA PHILADELPHIA is an ensemble without musical boundaries. Whether a chamber music ensemble or a symphonic orchestra, the CAMERATA not only brings a new and distinct interpretation to the classical repertoire, but also seeks to bridge the styles of classical, jazz, folk and world music – each program an eclectic and richly diverse musical offering. Under the direction of its founder, cellist and conductor Stephen Framil, the CAMERATA has performed in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Michigan, ensemble-in-residence at the Port City Music Festival (North Carolina); and collaborated with violinists Tim Fain (USA), Julia Bushkova (Russia), Carla Trynchuk (Canada), Barbara Govatos (Philadelphia Orchestra), and Leah Kim (Korea); pianists Max Levinson (Boston Conservatory), Julie Nishimura (University of Delaware), Tomoko Kanamaru (College of New Jersey), Michal Schmidt (Haverford/Bryn Mawr/Swarthmore Colleges), and Daniel Lau (Washington Adventist University); the Louis Taylor Jazz Quintet, William Douglas Jazz Quartet, Diane Monroe Jazz Trio, the West Philadelphia Orchestra, the Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale, and the Opera Company of Philadelphia.
